Evan Baker

Evan D. Baker is a partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 3% of New Jersey licensed attorneys. He concentrates his practice on representing seriously injured clients and has handled all types of motor vehicle, trucking, and bus accidents, slip-and-fall claims, and other serious personal injury matters throughout his career. Baker is known for building strong attorney-client relationships, making himself consistently accessible to clients, and following up on medical treatment needs. He takes the time to understand each client's personal and medical circumstances, which he views as critical to achieving the best possible outcome. Evan earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History from Rutgers College in 1992, where he was named a Henry Rutgers Honors Scholar and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall Law in 1995 and joined Davis, Saperstein & Salomon in 2015.
