Steven Cohen

Steven H. Cohen is a partner and Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. He completed his undergraduate studies in Finance and Political Science at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and earned his J.D. Cum Laude from Pace University School of Law in 1992. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1992 and New York in 1993, Cohen began his career at a small plaintiff's personal injury firm before developing a specialization in workers' compensation. Since 1997, he has focused almost exclusively on workers' compensation matters on behalf of injured employees and employers. Cohen is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) and has served as Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of NJAJ since 2005. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Workers' Compensation Section of the New Jersey Bar Association and as Vice President of the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health.
