Daniel Buchheister

Daniel J. Buchheister is an associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and a member of the firm's Workers' Compensation department. He concentrates his practice on ensuring that employees injured at work receive the benefits and compensation they are owed. Buchheister earned his B.A. in Law and Society from Ramapo College of New Jersey and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, he served as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Boston's Code Enforcement Division and Housing Authority, gaining early experience in hearing-room procedures and rendering decisions on complex matters. He has appeared in many Workers' Compensation courts throughout northern New Jersey and has placed settlement approvals on the record before several Workers' Compensation judges. He is admitted to practice in the District and State Courts of New Jersey and is an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association.
