About Albert Asphall
Albert C. Asphall is an associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., handling personal injury matters. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a political science degree in 2007 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in 2010. Before joining the firm, Asphall spent eight years as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Paterson and also served as Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Paterson and Township of Irvington. He has lectured at NJAJ seminars on public entity liability, including premises liability under New Jersey's Title 59 threshold and overcoming defenses in public entity cases. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Jamaica Organization of New Jersey.
