Eugene Grinberg

Eugene Grinberg is a senior associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. Born in Ukraine, he and his family moved to New Jersey when he was young, living in Newark, Burlington, Jersey City, and most recently Long Valley. He received his B.A. from Drew University in Madison, NJ, and his J.D. from New York Law School. After law school, Grinberg practiced personal injury law and commercial litigation before clerking for judges in the New York State Unified Court System and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has handled all phases of litigation including discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, trials, and appeals in numerous courts and specialties. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York, the Federal District of New Jersey, and the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
