Garry Salomon

Garry R. Salomon is a founding member and managing partner of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. with over 35 years of experience as a personal injury trial attorney. He is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, an honor held by fewer than 2% of all New Jersey lawyers, and was recertified in January 2025 through November 2030. Salomon handles all types of personal injury claims including motor vehicle, motorcycle, pedestrian, bicycle, and truck accidents, as well as construction site injuries, premises liability, dram shop cases, and wrongful death. He has a particular focus on cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, and injuries to children as a self-described pediatric injury lawyer. Salomon is the author of 'The Consumer's Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims,' available in English, Spanish, Korean, and Polish, which he co-authored with partner Jeffrey Salomon in 2024. He has served on the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Association for Justice for over 28 consecutive years and in 2025 received an award from the NJAJ for his contributions to the organization. A Bergen County native and graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and the University of Akron School of Law, he co-founded the firm in 1988. The National Trial Lawyers has named him one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers and Thomson Reuters has recognized him as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for over 15 years.
