Grace Robol

Grace E. Robol is a partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by only 2% of New Jersey attorneys. She joined the firm in 2018 and was recognized as a partner in 2025. Robol represents injured clients in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, traumatic brain injuries, pedestrian accidents, product liability claims, and slip-and-fall injuries. She has earned recognition from Super Lawyers Rising Stars, The National Trial Lawyers, Bergen's Top Lawyers, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and Top 100 Verdicts New Jersey. Robol earned her Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and received a Mediation Achievement Award. During law school, she interned for a federal judge in the Southern District of California. She is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Bergen County Bar Association.
