John Piro

John M. Piro is a Senior Trial Attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., concentrating his practice on personal injury cases, automotive negligence, and premises liability including slip-and-fall claims. He is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, an honor held by fewer than 2% of all New Jersey lawyers. He graduated Cum Laude from Fordham University and earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. Piro is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
