About Manuel Sameiro
Manuel B. Sameiro, Jr. is a senior associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 1985 with bachelor's degrees in Economics and Finance, as a member of the university's Honors Program and inductee of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 1988. After beginning his career at the law firm of Hannoch Weisman, where he worked on complex civil litigation, he joined the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office and spent over 25 years handling serious criminal matters including capital murder, sexual assault, armed robbery, and kidnapping, trying over 150 cases. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Upon retiring from public service, Sameiro joined Davis, Saperstein & Salomon to represent personal injury clients, bringing the discipline and courtroom experience gained from decades of criminal prosecution to civil cases.
