Marc Saperstein

Marc C. Saperstein is a founding partner of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of New Jersey lawyers. He is also admitted to the New York Bar and heads the firm's New York Personal Injury Practice Group. Saperstein is a past president of the New Jersey Association for Justice and has served as its co-founder and co-chair of the annual Meadowlands Seminar. He has won million-dollar or multimillion-dollar verdicts or settlements for more than 50 clients, including a $20 million verdict for an injured New York construction worker. Earlier in his career, he filed class actions against major tobacco companies and against American Home Products for injuries caused by the diet drug Phen-Fen. He co-founded the firm in 1988 with Samuel L. Davis and Garry R. Salomon. A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A., Economics) and Emory University School of Law, Saperstein previously served as a New Jersey municipal prosecutor and municipal court judge for over 15 years. He has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer for 15 consecutive years and has received recognition from Martindale-Hubbell and the National Trial Lawyers.
