Matthew Schroeder

Matthew A. Schroeder is an experienced trial lawyer and senior associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. He graduated from Wayne Valley High School in 1996, earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2000 as a member of the varsity football team and the 1996 undefeated Ivy League Championship squad, and received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008. He has dedicated his career to representing clients injured by the negligence of others and has won dozens of jury verdicts in motor vehicle collision, premises, and construction accident cases. Schroeder is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey federal and state courts and has argued before the Appellate Divisions in New York on numerous occasions. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
