Rachael Nass

Rachael Nass is a partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. A native of Brooklyn, New York, she devotes her practice to litigating serious and complex personal injury actions, including construction accidents, scaffold failures, trucking accidents, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury cases. Nass graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1990 with a major in Political Science and then earned her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1993. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in both New York and New Jersey. She began her legal career at a small personal injury firm in New York City before joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon in 2004. She is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
