About Charles Vucci

Charles J. Vucci is the lead workers' compensation attorney at Gemma Law Associates, Inc. with more than 30 years of experience in that area of law. He received his B.A. cum laude from Providence College in 1983 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1987. He has been admitted to practice in Rhode Island since 1987, and is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Charles focuses on securing comprehensive benefits for workers injured on the job, including medical care, compensation for lost wages, and support for temporary and permanent disabilities.

He understands that injured workers are often hesitant to seek legal help out of fear of employer retaliation, and he is direct with clients that the law protects their right to pursue compensation and prohibits that kind of retaliation. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Association for Justice Workers' Compensation Section, and the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Bench Bar Committee. The firm represents workers' compensation clients on a contingency-fee basis with no upfront cost.
