Domenic Loffredo

Domenic Loffredo is an associate attorney at Gemma Law Associates, Inc. A native of Johnston, Rhode Island, he attended Roger Williams University, where he double majored in legal studies and political science with a minor in professional writing, earning his B.A. in 2020. He continued at Roger Williams University School of Law, completing his J.D. in 2023. During law school, Domenic interned at Daley Orton, LLC and at IGT in the Legal Department, gaining exposure to personal injury law and corporate compliance. As a third-year student, he worked in the Business Start-Up Clinic assisting nonprofits and small-business owners with entity formation and intellectual property matters. He also participated in the Rhode Island State House Summer Internship Program, collaborating on drug criminalization law reform, and interned at Save the Bay, researching shoreline access, waterway rights, and water pollution. Domenic is licensed to practice in Rhode Island state and federal courts and in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
