Benjamin S. Wagner is a shareholder of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. and managing partner of the firm's Milwaukee office. He has been a member of the firm since 2003. His practice focuses on personal injury, including cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, car accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, invasion of privacy, product liability, medical malpractice, and motorcycle accidents.
Wagner earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003, where he received the Phillips Owens Memorial Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community service. He also earned an undergraduate degree from Emory University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Wagner is a certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. The Wisconsin Association for Justice named him the 2025 Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year. In 2009, the Wisconsin Law Journal recognized him as one of the top 20 up-and-coming lawyers in the state. He serves as Co-Chair of Governor Tony Evers' Judicial Selection Advisory Committee and Chair of the Neuroscience Center Advisory Board of the Medical College of Wisconsin. He also contributes to Discovery World and the Milwaukee Repertory Theater.
