Timothy Trecek

Background

Timothy S. Trecek is the Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., where he has practiced since 1995. He serves as managing partner of both the Milwaukee and West Bend offices and concentrates on all types of personal injury litigation. Trecek earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1993, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award, and his Bachelor of Science from Marquette University in 1990. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin. Trecek is a Civil Trial Specialist designated by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (2004) and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America, American Bar Foundation, and International Society of Barristers, as well as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Inner Circle of Advocates.
