About Rafael Renteria
Rafael Renteria has dedicated his legal career to helping others. As a domestic violence prosecutor for the City and County of Honolulu, he advocated on behalf of victims of child abuse, romantic partner abuse, and murder. His goal is to give a voice to the voiceless, which led him to work within the court system to improve the treatment of victims in the criminal justice system.
As a supervisor in the prosecutor's office, he mentored and trained a team of trial attorneys. Since joining Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner, Rafael has turned his attention to seeking civil justice on behalf of those who have been seriously injured. He is a 2009 graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, William S. Richardson School of Law.
