About Stuart Kodish

After finishing law school at The Ohio State University in 1986, Stuart Kodish followed his path to Hawaii and began his career as a personal injury attorney. Over more than 30 years, he built a reputation representing those who have been seriously injured, including winning numerous multimillion-dollar awards for clients who suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injuries. He believes in treating his clients as if they are family and is dedicated to their cause. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and maintains memberships in the Hawaii State Bar Association, Hawaii Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
