Dennis Phillips

Dennis Phillips planned to fly helicopters in the military, but a spinal injury ended his U.S. Navy career at 19 years old. That injury has affected him every day for the past four decades, and it shapes his approach to representing clients whose lives have been upended by the negligence of others. For more than 25 years, Phillips has represented people whose careers and daily lives were turned upside down by preventable injuries. His practice centers on holding safety rule violators accountable, with the goal of making communities safer one case at a time. He is a member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and Mensa.
