Gary Wimbish

Gary L. Wimbish focuses his practice on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, birth injury, obstetrical malpractice, and sepsis cases. He has secured more than $100 million in recoveries for his clients throughout his career. Wimbish graduated from Capital University Law School, where he served on the Law Review and the National Moot Court Team, and was a member of the Order of the Curia and the Order of the Barristers. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and chemistry from Georgia State University. Having trained at two nationally respected law firms, Wimbish joined MattLaw to continue representing clients in Florida and Georgia, and regularly appears in other states on a pro hac vice basis.
