Benjamin Winters

Benjamin Winters is a personal injury attorney at Patterson Legal Group. Before joining the firm, he worked at Martin Pringle Law Firm, where he focused on civil and commercial litigation as well as medical malpractice defense. He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Kansas School of Law, where he received the CALI award for top score in his lawyering class and earned a trial advocacy certificate.

He also won Best Brief in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition in 2012. In his career, Benjamin has served in more than 10 jury trials and over 200 bench trials. Outside the office, Benjamin holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in vocal performance and continues to perform opera and chamber music throughout Kansas; he serves on the board of Opera Kansas and is a member of the Wichita Chamber Chorale.
