Aaron Lawrence

Aaron Lawrence is an attorney at Schmidt Salita Law Team concentrating on workers' compensation and personal injury cases. He earned his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota and his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul. Aaron has practiced exclusively on behalf of injured workers and motor vehicle collision victims throughout his career. He is particularly experienced in cases where a worker is injured in a motor vehicle collision in the course of employment, which can involve both a workers' compensation claim and a personal injury claim running in parallel. He handles workers' compensation disputes including wage loss benefits and medical treatment disputes against insurers, as well as motor vehicle collision cases. Aaron is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Ramsey County Bar Association. He received a 3x Dean's List Award and a 2x CALI Excellence for the Future Award while in law school.
