About Anne Dennison
Anne Dennison joined Schmidt Salita Law Team in 2023, bringing over two decades of experience in personal injury, wrongful death, and workers' compensation. Prior to joining the firm, she represented victims of mesothelioma and lung cancer in asbestos exposure litigation at a national boutique law firm. Anne brings a distinctive perspective to litigation having previously served as a workers' compensation administrative law judge. She is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School and holds a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Drake University. Anne worked full-time throughout law school at a personal injury firm and was active in mock trial competitions and law review. She is admitted to practice in Iowa, Minnesota, and Missouri. Anne has been designated a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar for her pro bono contributions and has dedicated significant time to pro bono immigration representation. She has completed certified civil mediation skills training. Prior to joining the Schmidt Salita team, Anne practiced in Rochester, Minnesota for over a decade and co-counseled with Dean Salita on an Iowa case involving a fire fatality in a rental home lacking working fire alarms, which resulted in a jury verdict in favor of the victim's family.
