Dean Salita

Dean M. Salita is a founding attorney at Schmidt Salita Law Team with over 30 years of experience in personal injury and workers' compensation law. He handles workplace injury cases in the workers' compensation system as well as non-workplace injury cases in civil court. His practice includes occupational exposure matters, asbestos and mesothelioma cases, and all types of toxic tort and cancer exposure claims. Dean served as chair of the Minnesota Association for Justice Workers' Compensation section and is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education programs. He has maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer. Dean leads a national worker's compensation group's occupational exposure section and has represented clients in District Court jury trials, arbitrations, and workers' compensation proceedings. He has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 10 attorney in both Environmental and Asbestos/Mesothelioma categories.
