Russell Winburn

Russell Winburn joined the Taylor King law firm in 2024 and is based in the Springdale office. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College in 1984, studied at the University of Colorado, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas, Leflar Law Center in 1987. He also completed studies at Yale University. Before joining Taylor King Law, Russell served as a partner at the Odom Law Firm and previously served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 19th Judicial District.

He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rating and is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, the Arkansas Bar Association (Trustee 2020 to present), the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He has been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers from 2012 to 2022. Russell enjoys fishing, hunting, cooking, reading, playing guitar, Razorback sports, and spending time with family and grandchildren.
