Briana L. Rummel

Briana is a partner in our Bismarck office who devotes the majority of her professional time to litigation. While she has had occasion to work on many general civil litigation matters, her litigation practice today focuses primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense and in the non-healthcare setting, plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death. As a compliment to her litigation practice, Briana also represents healthcare and other professionals in professional board matters, including administrative actions, and provides advice and counsel to healthcare providers and entities regarding risk management and compliance matters. Briana was named on Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2021, 2022, and 2023. She was also recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for selection in The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2024. Briana considers herself fortunate to practice out of Vogel’s Bismarck office and in that capacity give back to a community that afforded her many opportunities growing up. Born and raised in Bismarck, Briana graduated from Century High School and went on to earn an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Minnesota. From there, she attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law, graduating in the top five percent of her law school class.
