Morgan Gaynor

Morgan Gaynor was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and has been a board-certified civil trial lawyer since 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1988 and earned his J.D. from UF College of Law in 1991. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and was named among the 2021 Top Attorneys in Tampa Bay by Tampa Bay Magazine.

His practice covers personal injury, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage, and maritime cases. As an avid cyclist, he has a particular focus on representing people injured on bicycles and other vulnerable road users. Growing up in a small Florida beach town, Morgan remains committed to standing up for working people against corporate and insurance interests.
