Nelson Guerra

Nelson A. Guerra is a Tampa attorney licensed in all Florida state courts and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the Florida Middle District Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He was raised in Tampa and earned his B.A. from Tulane University in 1990 and his J.D. from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1994. He began as an Assistant Public Defender before moving to private firms defending bodily injury, wrongful death, and premises liability claims.

In 2007 he shifted to representing injury claimants. He is also a Supreme Court-certified Circuit and County Court mediator and a Federal mediator. He speaks English and Spanish.
