About Brett Rosen

Brett M. Rosen is a managing partner at Goldberg & Rosen and a trial lawyer who focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Born and raised in Miami and the son of public school teachers, Brett has obtained verdicts totaling more than $100 million in his career, in addition to helping recover $1 billion for victims of the Surfside collapse. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) from Florida State University in 2004 and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. He joined the firm as a law clerk in 2005, became an associate in 2007, a partner in 2012, and a shareholder in 2014. His accolades include Super Lawyers (2017-2023), Best Lawyers (2020-2023), National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Top 40 Under 40 (National Trial Lawyers), Selected as Top Personal Injury Lawyer by the DBR in 2014, and membership in the Million Dollar Verdict Club, Multimillion Dollar Verdict Club, Trial Masters, the Florida Justice Association (Eagle), the American Association of Justice, and the Verdict Hall of Fame for the DBR.
