Jorge Simon

Jorge T. Simon is a Miami native who graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University and cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, making the Dean's List consistently. He interned for Judge Lisette Reid of the U.S. Southern District of Florida and Judge Bronwyn Miller of the Florida Third DCA. He first clerked at Goldberg & Rosen during his second year of law school and later worked at a large insurance defense firm, gaining insight into how carriers evaluate and defend claims. He now uses that knowledge to anticipate opposing strategies for injured plaintiffs. At Goldberg & Rosen, he litigates auto negligence, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice claims and is fluent in Spanish.
