Adam Bernstein

Adam Bernstein is a personal injury attorney who brings prosecutorial experience and courtroom precision to his representation of injured clients. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the trial team and received honors recognition in both Litigation I and Advanced Litigation II. While in law school he worked at a large insurance defense firm, gaining firsthand exposure to how insurers downplay injuries and limit liability.

He then served as a prosecutor, appearing in court nearly every weekday, managing a high-volume docket, arguing numerous motions, and trying 30 jury trials.
