About Brian Halley
Brian Halley is originally from Huntingtown, Maryland, and graduated from the University of Miami in 2021 with a degree in History and Political Science and a minor in Sustainable Business. Prior to law school, he conducted environmental law research at the University of Padua in Italy. He attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned Dean's List honors, received the Director's Book Award in Litigation Skills, and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award as the top student in his jurisprudence class. He discovered his passion for personal injury law while clerking at Goldberg & Rosen during his final two years of law school and returned as an attorney after being admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He works closely with managing partners Judd and Brett Rosen on complex, high-value cases involving auto negligence, premises liability, maritime claims, product liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, and is a member of the American Association for Justice.
