Angel Leyva

Angel Leyva was born and raised in Miami-Dade County and started at Goldberg & Rosen as a file room clerk while attending G. Holmes Braddock Senior High School. He was quickly promoted to the pre-litigation department, managing a caseload of 150 files. He graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Psychology while working 50-hour weeks at the firm, and by the time he was admitted to St. Thomas University School of Law, he was supervising the pre-litigation department and managing several hundred cases. During law school, he received the Dean's List award and excelled in Torts, Civil Procedure, and Trial Advocacy, competing in mock trial competitions across the country. After passing the bar exam, he was hired as an attorney and now litigates cases involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, automobile collisions, and premises liability.
