About Jocelyn Santana
Jocelyn Santana is a Partner at Goldberg & Rosen and the first female and first Hispanic attorney to join the firm. A Cuban-Dominican-American who is fluent in Spanish, she earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University with double majors in Political Science and International Affairs and a minor in Political Philosophy, where she served as president of the pre-law organization Phi Alpha Delta and clerked for the Florida House of Representatives for three years. She attended law school at St. Thomas University, where she received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy Practice, and continued her executive role in the organization. In 2018, she was appointed to the Board of Governors of the Florida Justice Association. She is also a member of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, Cuban American Bar Association, and Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Her practice covers wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, auto accidents, and medical malpractice, and she has secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients.
