About Erika Sophia Grossbard
Erika Sophia Grossbard is a Miami native who attended Gulliver Preparatory School from kindergarten through high school before earning both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Miami as a double 'Cane. As an undergraduate, she double majored in Business Management and Legal Studies with a minor in Philosophy, serving as Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta, Master of Rituals for Alpha Kappa Psi, and Chair of Fundraising for Relay for Life. Before law school she represented foster children as a Guardian ad Litem. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Business Law Review, with a published comment on legal liability in emerging AI medical devices, participated in the Litigation Skills Program, and interned at Goldberg & Rosen during her first two summers. In her final semester, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller at the Third District Court of Appeal, which led to a post-graduate clerkship where she worked on civil and criminal matters, drafted bench memoranda, and assisted with judicial opinions. She now advocates for individuals and families in personal injury cases at Goldberg & Rosen and is active in the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
