About Mustafa Dandashly

Mustafa Dandashly is a Lebanese-American attorney who focuses on serious personal injury cases with particular emphasis on federal litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, civil rights, and maritime cases, including those involving the Death on the High Seas Act, the Limitation of Liability Act, and the Jones Act. He is a graduate of Florida International University College of Law, where he was a member of the FIU Law Review, and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida. While in law school he also worked at GE's Global Research Center focusing on patent and trademark issues for emerging technologies. He is admitted to practice in Florida and in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
