About Jessica Clark
Jessica Clark is a Miami native and daughter of Cuban immigrants who graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with dual degrees in Political Science, Business Administration, and International Business. She then graduated from Cornell Law School, where she served as vice president of the school's first chapter of the Cuban American Bar Association and vice president of speakers of the Federalist Society. She clerked in a two-year federal clerkship in the Southern District of Florida, assisting Judge Martinez and personally managing approximately 100 active civil cases comprising one-third of his civil docket. Prior to joining Goldberg & Rosen, she practiced commercial litigation at two litigation boutiques, handling complex commercial disputes, securities, and class actions in Florida state and federal courts. She now advocates for injured plaintiffs, drawing on her experience in both plaintiff and defense work to anticipate defense tactics and maximize results.
