Whitney Welsh is a trial attorney at Hepworth Holzer with nearly two decades of courtroom experience. She grew up in Whitefish, Montana, earned a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Montana, and received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Montana School of Law, where she was awarded Best Appellate Brief and competed at the National Moot Court Competition in New York City. At Hepworth Holzer, she represents victims of negligence and wrongful conduct in personal injury and wrongful death cases, applying the same preparation and advocacy she built over two decades in criminal prosecution.
