About Trey Hubers
Trey D. Hubers is a lifelong resident of the Sioux Falls and Brandon area of South Dakota. After graduating from Brandon Valley High School, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sioux Falls in 2022, completing four majors while serving as a four-year starter on the university's baseball team. He then attended the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, graduating in 2025 in the top third of his class. During law school, Trey interned with Hoy Law and Dakota Accident Law, where he developed a focus on personal injury litigation involving commercial motor vehicles. He co-authored an article titled "Getting the Most 'Moooo'lah from an Agricultural Exemption Case" published in the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group Journal (Winter 2024). He is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and was admitted to the South Dakota State Bar in 2025.
