Background
Rick Fleming is a Partner at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin and heads the firm's Social Security Disability Department. He joined the firm in 2002 and was named Partner in 2008. Fleming earned his Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Literature and Philosophy from Kalamazoo College in 1992 (with study abroad at Universidad de San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador), his Master of Arts in Hispanic Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995, and his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2001.
