About Bob Sexton

Bob Sexton is a founding partner of Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, which he helped establish in 2006 alongside Mike Rainwater and Stephen Holt. A lifelong Arkansan from Lonoke, he earned his undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University before receiving his J.D. with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 1996. For decades he has represented individuals and families facing serious injury matters, standing up to insurance companies on behalf of clients. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and has held leadership roles with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Bowen School of Law Alumni Association, and the Ouachita Baptist University Board of Trustees. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
