Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith is a native Arkansan from Glen Rose, Hot Spring County. After graduating from Glen Rose High School, she earned a B.A. in Political Science from UALR, then worked as a corporate paralegal at Windstream Communications and ABF Freight before attending the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law as a Dean's Fellow, where she received her J.D. After law school she served as an Attorney Specialist for the Arkansas Prosecuting Coordinator's Office, advising District Prosecutors statewide and assisting with civil commitment petitions. Having clerked at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton during law school, she returned to the firm as an injury attorney.
