About Keith McPherson

Keith McPherson earned a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (1986-1988), then his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Little Rock in 1991. He practiced as a civil litigation trial attorney at the Laser Law Firm for 25 years, reaching full equity partner status, then joined Watts, Donovan & Tilley in 2016. During his first 30 years he represented insured defendants for insurance companies in auto, trucking, premises, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation cases, and tried over 100 bench and jury trials statewide. He joined Rainwater, Holt & Sexton in June 2021, bringing his defense experience to the plaintiff's side. He holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell (2018), was selected for Super Lawyers of the Mid-South in 2014, inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2022, and recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as Top 110 Civil Plaintiff in 2023. He is licensed before the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, all federal district courts in Arkansas, the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
