About Jeff Priebe

Jeff Priebe passed the bar in 2001 and began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General under Arkansas Attorneys General Mark Pryor and Mike Beebe. He then served as in-house counsel for retired General Wesley Clark's 2004 Presidential Campaign before entering private practice with national firms including Armstrong Allen and Wilkes & McHugh. He later became a partner at James, Carter & Priebe.

At Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, he focuses on nursing home and assisted living litigation and a broad range of personal injury cases. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member and Board Member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
