About John Rainwater

John Rainwater is a Little Rock native and lifelong Arkansan who has practiced personal injury law in Arkansas since 2009. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration in Accountancy from the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2009. He is admitted to the Arkansas Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

He focuses on complex personal injury matters including catastrophic injury and wrongful death, and has also handled bankruptcy, disability, class action, and civil rights cases. He has been selected for Best Lawyers in America since 2020 and recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
