About Annie Levitt Heller

Annie Levitt Heller was first introduced to personal injury law while working as a legal assistant and paralegal for Sally Morin in the firm's San Francisco office in 2009. Inspired by Sally's client-centered approach, Annie went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2014, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Southwestern Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2005. After law school, Annie worked as an associate attorney for the LA offices of Sedgwick LLP and Cozen O'Connor, representing corporate defendants in civil matters and developing a thorough understanding of defense strategy. In September 2017, she returned to Sally Morin Personal Injury Lawyers to focus on plaintiff-side advocacy and helped launch the firm's Los Angeles office.

Over the course of her career at the firm, Annie has recovered more than $13 million in personal injury settlements for her clients. She is admitted to the California State Bar and to the U.S. District Courts for the Central District and Southern District of California. She is also a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2022, 2023, and 2024. Outside of work, Annie enjoys surfing, swimming, hiking, and biking with her family.
