About Sally Morin

Sally Morin founded Sally Morin Personal Injury Lawyers in San Francisco and has built the firm into a California personal injury practice focused on bicycle, pedestrian, motorcycle, and auto accident cases. Her path into personal injury law began when her best friend was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in San Francisco and needed an attorney who genuinely cared about the outcome. With over 25 years of experience, Sally concentrates on delivering fast, fair settlements without dragging clients through unnecessary litigation. She is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law and is admitted to the California and Hawaii State Bars.

Her notable results include a $4.25 million scooter accident recovery, a $2 million rideshare accident settlement, and a $1 million wrongful death settlement, in addition to numerous six-figure recoveries for bicycle, motorcycle, and pedestrian accident victims. Sally has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and holds lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. She has been featured in California Lawyer Magazine, the Daily Journal, Forbes Magazine, and other publications.
