About Campbell Walker
Campbell Walker represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases in state and federal courts throughout Georgia. He concentrates on trucking and automobile negligence, wrongful death, legal malpractice, and professional negligence. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Alabama with a B.A. in Anthropology, was an undergraduate research fellow and member of the University Honors Program, and attended a competitive pre-law summer program at Florida State University's law school. He then earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the International Law Review, was a student attorney at the Turner Environmental Law Clinic, made the Dean's List, and received a Merit Scholarship. Before law school he worked for two years at a personal injury firm in Alabama. He joined Tobin Injury Law directly out of law school. In his first jury trial as second chair, the team secured a $1.6 million verdict against State Farm for a bicycle-on-bicycle accident, setting a Georgia record for that case type.
