About Jed Silver
Jed Silver is a trial attorney with decades of courtroom experience who joined Tobin Injury Law to represent injured victims across Georgia. He earned a B.A. from the University of Georgia, where he served on the Student Judiciary and as Chief Justice of the IFC, and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he served as Coordinating Director of the Moot Court Society and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers. He has handled complex, high-stakes personal injury cases throughout his career and built a reputation for relentless advocacy and strategic representation. Beyond client work, Jed has taught an annual senior seminar at Emory University's Goizueta Business School for over a decade. He volunteers with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, Atlanta Legal Aid, Samaritan House, and the Forsyth Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board.
