About Danielle Smith Heath

Danielle Smith Heath is an attorney at Kiefer & Kiefer who has devoted her legal career to representing injured individuals. She has a proven track record in personal injury cases throughout Louisiana and Texas. A Southeast Louisiana native, Danielle graduated from Louisiana State University and Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. After law school, she served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Sterling Snowdy of the 40th Judicial District Court.

She then spent a decade at a large personal injury firm, representing thousands of injured people and recovering tens of millions of dollars on their behalf. In 2023, Danielle formed Heath Law Group, LLC and continues her advocacy work. She is admitted in all Louisiana and Texas State Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana. Danielle is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
